I had a great time fishing with dad (aka Captain Pete) during my recent trip to Alaska. While I wasn’t holding a pole I took a couple of photos and videos – in this one Slim Sorrows battles a nice-sized halibut. ~Isaac
Here are a few photos from the same trip:

Hey Isaac:
THANK YOU for posting the clip of Slim. He is by far one of the most fun people to watch catch a fish. We’ll always have to remind him that we had to get him up from his nap to hook it! Yeah, it was great to have you on the boats those days while you were here. We finally ate the last of the white king that was not frozen last night….gosh that stuff is rich. Love, Dad
Added a few photos from the same trip – glassy water and blue skies!
Mandi and I enjoyed some of Mike’s non-white king last night – it was a little thawed out when it arrived and I didn’t want to go shopping for dinner so it was perfect.
Hey Isaac:
Nice addition to the post. I did check out your flickr, also. I got registered there, so maybne I will get all of mine organized, too. So, how did you ship the fish? I take it the weather is warm there, so maybe we need to go with the extra insulation package? I need to send some to Eastern Washington tomorrow and I think iot is in the 80′s there. I think I’ll go with the double wrap….or at least an extra layer of the silver stuff in a foam box. See ya! Love, Dad
