Nice fish!  Our friend Dave knew Pete had a salmon deficit when he got home so he took him fishing on his Ashore Water Taxi for a couple days.  They caught a nice salmon and some halibut and Pete made a delicious salmon chowder with coconut milk and I had some for breakfast the next day!  So good.
